In addition, this session will highlight how structured “brain breaks” can be intentionally used to support student focus, reduce disruptions, and maintain positive behavior without losing instructional momentum. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use tools, ideas, and routines that can be implemented immediately to create a more organized, responsive, and student-centered classroom environment.
