Teacher burnout is an overused term that keeps popping up with no real description or tools to heal. I would like to teach you the details to how your nervous system works so that you can not only see the small signs before this occurs, but leave with real tools in putting out the fires. My approach stems from leaving education and fostering children with trauma in which I experienced extreme caregiver burnout. I have now healed and have returned to teaching with a smile. Is it really possible to not feel this way at work each day?? When teachers feel empowered, their students will too.
