Last year, I presented watercolor conversations. This year I am bringing neurographic drawing to the staff of DISD. Neurographic drawing promotes SEL, focusing on self-regulation and mindfulness.It can be utilized in the classroom, with a group or individually. Students will draw free form lines onto a paper, use a black marker to curve intersections and fill in the spaces with watercolor. Lines and color connect to the artists' emotions, feelings, or vibe.
